Sense of Africa Tanzania

The land of Kilimanjaro is one of contrasts and majesty. From the snow-capped summit of Mount Kilimanjaro (the roof of Africa), the sun-kissed beaches of Zanzibar, the vast herd of game grazing on the Serengeti plains and the slow volcanic eruption of OlDonyo Lengai, Tanzania is truly a ‘Bucketlist Experience’.

Our Offering

In a country that is four times the size of the United Kingdom, there is no wonder that Tanzania is known for its vast expanse of wilderness, from the Salous National Park to the more famous Serengeti. In a land noted for its sheer volume and diversity of fauna, it is almost impossible to miss the “BIG FIVE”.

Why Tanzania

The north is home to the beautiful Ngorongoro Crater, the vast plains of Serengeti, Lake Manyara and Tarangire National Park. To the west are the mighty Mahale Mountains and the pristine waters of Lake Tanganyika. To the south, the incredible Selous – not forgetting the Swahili Ruins on the southern coast. The cocktail of cultures include (but are not limited to) the hunter-gatherer tribe of northern highlands, the Maasai people and even the Datooga (Mang’ati).
