IMPORTANT Travel Alert: New OR Tambo International Arrivals Procedure

Dear Valued Customer,

​​​​​​​We would like to inform you of an important update regarding the meet-and-greet procedure at OR Tambo International Airport, effective immediately.

As advised by the airport authorities, drivers, guides and meet and greet representatives are no longer permitted to wait at the main arrivals exit area. A new designated meeting area has been established at the back of the Arrivals Hall, behind the passenger seating area (between the Taxi Information Desk and the ACSA Information Desk).

To ensure a smooth arrival experience for guests, we would like to include the below information in the guest itinerary. Kindly review and confirm your approval before we implement this update:

Arrival Information – OR Tambo International Airport (ORTIA)

Upon arrival at OR Tambo International Airport, after completing immigration procedures and collecting luggage, guests are requested to proceed to the designated meet and greet area located at the back of the Arrivals Hall.

The guide or airport representative will be waiting at this meeting point with a name board to welcome and assist guests with their transfer or ongoing flight.
