SANParks – Important Travel Update – Kgalagadi Border Crossing Requirements
Clients crossing between South Africa, Namibia, and Botswana via Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park must comply with border regulations, including a mandatory minimum two-night stay in the park and completion of immigration formalities at Twee Rivieren. Additional requirements apply for Namibia (vehicle sticker, road levy, passport clearance) and Botswana (4×4 vehicles, minimum two vehicles per route, and advance wilderness trail bookings).
