Red Alert SANParks: Temporary Full Closure of The Storms River Mouth Suspension Bridge
Please note that SANParks has advised that the Storms River Mouth Suspension Bridge in the Tsitsikamma Section of the Garden Route National Park will be temporarily closed from 20 July to 31 July 2026 to allow for the final phase of refurbishment work. During this period, access to all three suspension bridges will not be available.
IMPORTANT Travel Alert: New OR Tambo International Arrivals Procedure
Dear Valued Customer, Effective immediately, OR Tambo International Airport has introduced a new Meet & Greet waiting area. Guests should proceed to the designated meeting point at the back of the Arrivals Hall, between the Taxi Information Desk and ACSA Information Desk, where they will be met by their guide or representative.

Cango Caves Reopens to Visitors
The iconic Cango Caves near Oudtshoorn has reopened after a two-month closure caused by severe weather and a rockfall along the R328. Set in the foothills of the Swartberg Mountains, the caves are famous for their spectacular limestone formations and guided underground tours. Visitors can choose between the relaxed Heritage Tour or the more adventurous Adventure Tour.
