Update On Visa Free Entry To Kenya
According to an amended NOTAM by the KCAA (Kenya Civil Aviation Authority) just received, all travellers planning to visit Kenya from countries that require visas shall henceforth be required to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA), via the system. The NOTAM confirms the use of both already issued EVisas and ETA. All travellers are advised to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) effective immediately at a cost of $30 on the website via the link provided below. KWS Park Fees Update
Following the Court Order issued on 29th December 2023 by the High Court of Kenya at Malindi attached below and filed by Watamu Tourism Organization & 37 Others, Kilifi County and Mombasa County; the implementation of the new KWS Park fees stands suspended pending the hearing set for 7th February 2024 for court direction. This means that the old Park Fees continue to apply from 01 January to 7th February 2024. Based on the outcome of the hearing, our Reservations Team will get in touch with all our partners individually to look into the operated bookings within this period and issue credit notes on any park fees supplements charged. We endeavor to keep you posted on any new development as we receive it.
