Exciting news from Ker $ Downey as they prepare for the opening of their new cam Maxa schedule for 20 March 2025.The camp is located on the corner of the Northeastern Okavango Delta, surrounded by lush vegetation and promising great game viewing experiences with, sable antelope, impala, zebra,  a coalition of male lions and plenty of elephants. Guests can look forward to guided game drives both day and night, walking safaris, mokoro excursions and cultural nights.

The camp has five beautiful rooms (four standard twin/double ensuite rooms and one family room), with the family room featuring a charming treehouse deck for family picnics or dining experience. Maxa also offers a natural swimming pool, combining the Okavango’s natural filtration systems with state-of-the-art environmental water treatment technology, for those hot days where guests can cool off and enjoy their leisure time.
