Kindly take note that Sossusvlei Adventure Centre discontinued the Quad Buggy Nature Trail Excursion. Clients interested in this activity can also request this in Swakopmund should they be heading that direction.

Wilderness Safaris Terms and Conditions
PANDEMIC PROTECTION ON CANCELLATIONS
- For new bookings made from 15 December 2021 for travel from 1 April 2022 onward, our normal cancellation penalties will fall away and a full refund will be due should a guest cancel, up to and including the day of departure, under any conditions stipulated in our Pandemic Protection terms.
- Our Pandemic Protection is only applicable for bookings made for Wilderness Safaris products and services.
- Conditions under which protection is guaranteed include a full list of pandemic-related scenarios and complications, including government-imposed lockdowns, flight cancellations, positive COVID-19 tests and quarantining.
- Pandemic Protection is only available to agents that have signed the most recent Agent Accreditation Agreement and have no outstanding balances due on the booking at time of cancellation.
POSTPONEMENTS UNDER PANDEMIC PROTECTION
- Guests who qualify for Pandemic Protection, but choose to postpone rather than cancel their travel will receive a credit – AT NO EXTRA CHARGE – of up to an additional 25% of the value of Wilderness Safaris services in the booking to upgrade, add or extend stays in Wilderness Safaris services in the postponed itinerary.
- As compensation for the extra work needed to organise the postponement, you – our Trade Partner – will receive a credit of 5% of the paid original Wilderness Safaris service amount to be applied to the next booking confirmed by you for Wilderness Safaris services.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For new bookings created from 17 January 2022, the following terms and conditions will apply:
- 25 % deposit on all Wilderness Safaris camps is payable upon confirmation.
- No deposit due for Wilderness Air or Wilderness touring and transfer services.
- Deposits due to Associated Product follow respective supplier T&Cs.
- Balance for full journey is due 60 days prior to date of travel.
- Unless covered in our Pandemic Protection (as above), cancellations on Wilderness Safaris services prior to 60 days forfeit 25% deposit, and 100% of trip payment for cancellations made between 60 days and date of departure.
- Cancellations on Associated Product follow respective supplier T&Cs.
