Namibia Tourism Board – Europe Roadshows

Sense of Africa Namibia will be joining the Southern Europe and Central Eastern Europe Roadshows.

Southern Europe Roadshow: 25 – 28 September 2023 in Paris, Madrid, Milan and Rome.

Central Eastern Europe Roadshow: 16 – 19 October 2023 in Warsaw, Prague, Budapest and Bucharest.

Chobe River Camp

We would like to inform you that due to the ever-decreasing water levels, all boat cruise activities at Chobe River Camp will be discontinued until further notice.

In the dry season between September and December, the Chobe River tends to hold so little water that they have limited to no access to the river channels and apologise for the inconvenience.

The boat cruises will be substituted by game drives. Canoeing and guided walks are still available.

Tsumkwe Country Lodge

Tsumkwe River Lodge will only offer Bed and Breakfast options from 2024. Guests can however still book an A la Carte dinner option at the Lodge.

N/a’an ku sê Lodge

Due to recent increases, N/a’an ku sê Lodge had to increase their transfer rates with immediate effect.

We are also very excited to announce that they have added two new activities at N/a’an ku sê Lodge & Wildlife Sanctuary: The K9 Experience and Walking Safari.

The K9 Experience: This unique encounter allows guests to get up close with our incredible K9 unit. Witness the remarkable bond between the specially trained dogs and their handlers as they demonstrate their invaluable skills in tracking and wildlife conservation efforts.

Walking Safari: Guests have the opportunity to immerse in the captivating world of African wildlife by tracking down majestic creatures such as lions and elephants on foot for approximately 8km. Accompanied by a highly experienced and knowledgeable guide, visitors venture into the heart of the reserve’s diverse ecosystems, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and the rhythmic sounds of nature.
